Account Executive - Clinical Partnerships (Vic)

Job Summary
Account Executive for Clinical Partnerships driving strategic growth and partnerships with clinic accounts. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets and KPIs within the designated territory, coaching clinic owners and managers on ROI and ZO Skin Health deployment across digital, in-clinic, and social channels, guiding product ordering and inventory for profitability, and implementing ZO treatment protocols to boost revenue. Manage portfolio activation, plan co-branded campaigns and clinic events, and communicate promotions and new product information to partners. Deliver comprehensive clinical education and training to clinic staff and doctors, maintain in-depth knowledge of ZO Skin Health products, and stay informed about market trends impacting the business model. Administer weekly sales/activity reports and coordinate with partners to ensure successful program execution.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in sales, education, or account management within the aesthetic skincare or medical device industry
- Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated proficiency in building strategic, long-term business relationships
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality training, education, and business coaching to diverse audiences (from owners to clinical staff)
- Results-oriented, highly professional, and capable of operating with a high degree of independence
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives
- Exceptional presentation skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills, ensuring all commitments to partners are met efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual training platforms
- Living within 60 miles of a major airport desired.
