Job Summary
The Account Executive drives revenue by selling outdoor and digital advertising inventory to advertisers, developing new business through direct outreach and agency contacts, and maintaining long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include meeting monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals, prospecting and developing new customer relationships, delivering comprehensive proposals with competitive pricing in collaboration with internal teams, negotiating fees, overseeing projects from start to finish, presenting proofs of performance to clients, and accompanying clients on market tours to showcase inventory. Requires field and office work, frequent travel (~50%), relationship-building across client and agency networks, and strong negotiation and presentation skills. Education requested is a bachelor’s degree or equivalent; prior B2B sales experience is preferred. Location in Pewaukee/Milwaukee area; hybrid work arrangement with some office and field activity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years of sales experience or other relevant work experience
- Five (5) + years of sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of territory is preferred
- Skills in account management and consultative selling
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and social media platforms
- Ability to travel outside of the office at least 50% of the time
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
