Job Summary
Identify, establish, and maintain professional relationships with targeted physician groups and office staff to maximize business opportunities. Demonstrate effective selling skills during presentations with existing and potential customers, consult with clinicians to promote services, and review sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budgets. Maintain a call average as outlined in the sales plan, focusing on face-to-face interactions with top target customers, while achieving all sales performance goals for the geographical responsibility. Show expertise in local market dynamics, complex disease states, and Option Care Health services, working cross-functionally to resolve issues for customers. Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in office-based physician sales or chronic infusion healthcare experience. Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in office-based physician sales with a proven track record of success
- Minimum of 3 years of recent chronic infusion healthcare experience
- High school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in office-based physician sales with a proven track record of success
- Proficient in territory analysis and planning
- Results-oriented mindset with expertise in the complete selling cycle (call objectives, opening statements, listening, use of questions, feature & benefit statements, use of visual aids, objection handling, closing, post-call analysis)
- Experience developing and managing business relationships with physician office practices
- Willing to travel at least 50% of the time for business purposes

- Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred
