Account Executive – Central America

Job Summary
Account Executive to drive new business growth across Central America. Own and develop a high-growth territory, sell BlueVoyant’s cybersecurity solutions to enterprise and mid-market organizations, build trusted relationships with CISOs and security leaders, develop and execute territory/account strategies to achieve revenue targets, position Managed Security Services, Threat Intelligence, and Third-Party Risk solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Collaborate with channel partners and strategic alliances to expand market reach, work cross-functionally with technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes, and represent BlueVoyant at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role focused on new business acquisition
- Proven track record of success selling cybersecurity solutions or services
- Strong network and relationships within the Central America cybersecurity market
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and focused on exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment
