Job Summary
Strategic Account Executive drives new business acquisition and enterprise growth within assigned centers/geographic regions, leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with senior/C-suite decision-makers. Responsible for owning a portfolio of strategic accounts, delivering executive-level presentations, leading pricing/negotiations and RFP responses, coordinating onboarding/post-sale execution, and leveraging data to prioritize outreach. Requires travel up to 50%, CRM proficiency, and a growth-oriented, hunter mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of success in B2B, enterprise, or strategic sales (healthcare or service-based industries preferred)
- Proven ability to close deals and consistently exceed revenue targets
- Strong executive presence with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales intelligence tools
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities of varying deal size, in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned centers or region(s)
- A bachelor’s degree is not required; equivalent experience accepted
