Job Summary

Account Executive, Cards at Fiserv focusing on digital banking and electronic payments; manages client relationships with financial institutions across North America, educating clients on Fiserv solutions, coordinating with other business units to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction, and coordinating client action plans and escalations. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, and/or equivalent military experience
  • 2+ years of experience in time management, managing multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently
  • Experience in client relationship management, service delivery, and/or sales to C-Level executives
  • Experience in electronic banking, mobile banking, and/or payments
  • Working knowledge of eCRM software such as Salesforce
  • Travel up to 50% is required
  • Must have valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization (visa sponsorship not provided)
