Job Summary
Account Executive for Canada with a remote-first role focusing on winning new SMB business in B2B SaaS (HR/payroll). You will hunt and qualify opportunities, manage an end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close, present to C-level decision-makers, negotiate, and maintain a robust pipeline. You will collaborate with the SDR team to qualify opportunities and work with the client experience team to ensure a smooth implementation, using Salesforce CRM and contributing feedback to product/engineering. Fluency in French and English is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Experience selling to SMBs
- Experience running an end-to-end sales process
- Ability to manage own pipeline and close deals
- Confident in presenting to decision-makers (C-suite)
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in sales
- Proactive collaboration with SDR and client experience teams
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
