Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for selling specialized commercial insurance, 401K, and life insurance products to niche market accounts within the California captive territory (Sacramento to Central Valley, Stockton/Modesto). Drive growth by building and maintaining relationships, collaborating with underwriting, claims, loss control, audit, and customer service teams, and pursuing assigned opportunities to increase premium volume. Role emphasizes direct-to-client outreach, leveraging existing customers for new business, and delivering effective service and support to policyholders. Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience, P&C and Life licenses, ability to work remotely with self-discipline, strong multitasking and communication skills, proven analytical/math aptitude, and a valid driver’s license for travel within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience/related sales experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain the necessary P&C, and Life licenses required to sell the products
- Self-discipline and ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, communicate effectively, and remain organized
- Strong analytical and math skills
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record with a valid driver’s license and ability to meet travel requirements
