Job Summary
Account Executive, Business Sales role for T-Mobile in Richmond, VA tasked with building relationships and closing wireless solutions for small businesses (1-9 employees). Responsibilities include lead generation through prospecting, cold calling and networking; assessing customer needs; solution-based selling of wireless plans, data services, handsets, and accessories; negotiating and closing deals; developing skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management; utilizing sales force automation and managing the sales funnel to meet monthly targets within an assigned territory. Ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma/GED with 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience (B2B preferred) and strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities. Travel is required.
