Job Summary
Account Executive, Business Sales at T-Mobile responsible for prospecting, cold-calling, and building relationships with small businesses (1-9 employees) in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral territory. You will generate leads, identify customer needs, and use solution-based selling to recommend wireless plans, data services, handsets, and accessories, then negotiate and close deals. Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management, participate in product training and sales meetings, and manage the sales funnel and forecasts. Maintain and grow the customer base within the assigned territory. Requires a High School Diploma/GED and 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience; experience in B2B sales is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential; travel is required.
