Job Summary
Provide general project and administrative support to the business leadership team to ensure projects are executed within budgets and timeframes. Manage project workstreams (and/or small projects) with manager oversight; keep team informed of status. Support day-to-day client contact, including meeting agendas and call recaps. Foster cross-team relationships and understand roles across internal agency teams and partners. Craft account maintenance documentation (meeting agendas, status recaps, client reports). Provide administrative support (coordinating team meetings). Oversee project financials, including job reconciliation, invoicing, estimates, and program budgets in line with agency policy. Demonstrate thorough understanding of the client’s business and the agency’s offerings. Support experiences as client contact on the ground as needed. Align with Momentum’s values and perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 1+ year of experience
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience in live events – from development and planning to onsite support
- Solid communication skills – written and verbal across internal channels and with clients
- Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business
- Proven success in project management and in a client-facing capacity
- Demonstrated history of establishing effective working relationships across a diverse team
- Demonstrates solid understanding of agency processes, department functions and workflow
- Demonstrates knowledge of financials; billing reports, invoicing, financial maintenance on projects/clients and are able to generate estimates
- Must be proactive with the ability to work both independently and with multiple teams
- Organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage their time efficiently between accounts and projects.
