Job Summary

As an Account Executive and Business Development Manager, you will drive advanced business growth initiatives and foster strategic client relationships within the Toronto and East Canada markets. This includes managing existing relationships with strategic accounts, building new client relationships, and executing lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to leverage data insights for strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and business development
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving business growth
  • Expert negotiation skills and experience managing large accounts
