Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for owning the full sales cycle for new business, from outbound prospecting and inbound qualification through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close โ hitting monthly quota consistently. Partner with Business Development Representatives to maximize outbound efficiency and convert qualified opportunities into pipeline. Drive discovery conversations to uncover operational pain around compliance, efficiency, and competition with larger retailers. Track and report on pipeline activity, deal stage, and forecast accuracy in HubSpot and build strong relationships with prospect decision-makers, often owner-operators, who need a trusted advisor. Leverage AI tools to personalize outreach, prepare for calls, and accelerate proposal and follow-up generation. Contribute to sales team initiatives as Bravo's go-to-market strategy evolves.
