Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for end-to-end sales activities for Bloom Energy in assigned named accounts and region, including qualification, development, and initial proposal, with 2 weeks/month onsite at San Jose HQ. Must possess 10+ years of outside sales experience, BA/BS, and ability to engage C-level decision makers, map accounts, build relationships, and drive multi-million dollar deals while coordinating with sales engineering, application engineering, and structured finance. Travel required to cover geographic area; hybrid role with on-site presence and remote work across multiple U.S. locations, including Columbus, Indianapolis, Pomfret, San Francisco, Evanston, Philadelphia, Houston, Fieldsboro, and Northern California field offices. Required Qualifications
- BA/BS required
- MBA preferred
- 10+ years outside sales experience
- Experience selling to executives at the C-Level
- Ability to travel to cover geographic area
- Strong quota attainment history
- Experience managing opportunity funnels and multi-million dollar projects
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales engineering, application engineering, and finance teams
- Ability to develop creative solutions and engage at senior levels
