Job Summary
Prenatal Account Executive in Louisiana Northwest leading field sales efforts to drive utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen in OBGYNs, MFMs, Genetics Counselors, and hospital systems. Responsible for prospecting new business, developing key relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals, delivering clinical information to external clients and internal teams, developing and executing a strategic business plan to grow test utilization, managing the full lifecycle of product sales, and participating in local tradeshows and conferences. Strong emphasis on consultative sales, understanding buyer/decision maker dynamics, regulatory privacy considerations (HIPAA), and ability to operate in a startup environment with independence and urgency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector
- Demonstrated successful sales track record
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize opportunities
- HIPAA/privacy knowledge is preferred/noted as part of responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; strategic thinking and execution capability
