Job Summary
Account Executive for EMEA nonprofit sector, focusing on Spanish-speaking markets. Drive adoption of Anthropic’s AI deployments by securing partnerships with nonprofit organizations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Own full sales cycle from outbound to launch, navigating procurement processes across multiple jurisdictions. Develop market-entry strategies tailored to UK, EU, and emerging markets; build consensus among executives, trustees, IT, and procurement committees; and collaborate with SF-based teams. Ensure compliance with GDPR/UK GDPR and address data sovereignty concerns. Role requires 5+ years in EMEA sales, Spanish-speaking focus, ability to work autonomously across time zones, and fluency in English and Spanish. Location-based hybrid in London or Dublin; up to 40% travel within EMEA; visa sponsorship available where possible.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in prospecting and closing leads in EMEA markets
- Fluency in English; native or professional fluency in Spanish
- Experience managing six-figure enterprise deal cycles
- Experience selling to federated structures or multi-entity governance
- Strong understanding of GDPR and data protection requirements
