Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day account relationship for behavioral health clients, developing strategic business plans that align with customer objectives and guiding operational, financial, and clinical initiatives. Coordinate internal matrix partners including IT, Finance, and Legal to achieve business goals while ensuring Service Level Agreement performance and accurate claims payment. Analyze data to drive up-sell and renewal activities, negotiate rates, and manage risks to meet revenue goals and segment profit targets. Prepare executive summaries for customer reports, maintain audit schedules, and provide mentoring to the account management team. This role requires 7+ years of experience and resides in the PA area with some remote flexibility permitted.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years' relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
