Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for full-cycle B2B SaaS sales to eye care clinicians, owning a balanced pipeline with inbound and outbound opportunities and a $600K annual quota. You’ll build and manage your own book of business, run discovery and demos, negotiate and close, partner with SDRs to generate pipeline, maintain accurate forecasting, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success. Represent Barti at industry conferences and contribute to a high-ownership, fast-moving sales motion with room for growth and impact.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS Account Executive experience
- Experience selling into SMB markets
- Strong communicator who can run effective discovery and deliver clear, compelling demos
- Consistent record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Self-driven, coachable, and comfortable working in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment
- Positive, empathetic, and able to build trust quickly with prospects
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and find creative solutions
