Job Summary
Proactively establish connections with new prospects and nurture strong relationships with existing clients within the behavioral healthcare market. Conduct independent research to target high-potential prospects and focus on expanding non-radio revenue. Drive pipeline growth by achieving quarterly and annual sales goals while representing VersaBadge at industry conferences. Act as the go-to client advocate to address needs promptly and enhance satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to execute client-centric initiatives and relay feedback to support product enhancements. Partner with marketing to develop tailored campaigns based on client insights.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
- Relevant clinical experience in behavioral health
- Strong understanding of sales processes
- Ability to quickly learn sales processes
- Experience with lead generation strategies
- Experience with sales funnel management
- Experience contributing to content creation such as sales decks, email templates, case studies, patient or client education materials, or marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Ability to establish credibility
- Ability to translate complex clinical or operational concepts for diverse audiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize competing demands
- Comfort with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfort with G Suite tools
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adopt new technology platforms
- Willingness to travel as needed to attend conferences, site visits, and client meetings
