Job Summary
Account Executive, AWS at NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture. You’ll partner with AWS sales/customer success teams to drive new business in the contact center space, demonstrate Salesforce and AWS Connect-driven solutions, manage lead follow-up and forecasting in Salesforce, and pursue new logos while aiming to exceed sales quotas. The role emphasizes building relationships with channel partners, traveling up to 25%, and collaborating across hybrid remote and in-person environments at locations including an HQ in Massachusetts or regional hubs, with additional remote opportunities in Canada. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a proven track record in software sales, complex deal orchestration, and the ability to upsell and present to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in software sales
- 3+ years of experience managing and closing multiple complex sales cycles
- Industry knowledge and a strong network with channel partners (AWS)
- Experience selling innovative solutions to new customers, and ability to upsell new products to existing customers/accounts
- Ability to present in front of internal and external stakeholders
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- B.A./B.S Degree or equivalent experience
