Job Summary
Account Executive in the Atlanta area responsible for supporting training, education, and sales for Tatcha in Sephora/Ulta stores. Drive business plans, surpass KPIs, execute in-store events, train and supervise freelancers, identify optimal store locations for events, analyze sales data for growth opportunities, manage budgets, and collaborate with store teams and regional leadership to expand brand presence across the Atlanta–North Carolina region. Requires skincare/cosmetics sales experience, Sephora/Ulta relationships, strong communication, ability to travel, and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel; base salary $70k–$80k with benefits and discretionary bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years industry experience with a minimum of 2 years skincare/cosmetic Account Executive or 5 years Account Coordinator experience (or equivalent position)
- Must have Sephora/Ulta experience, including established relationships with stores in the region
- Training and education experience in skincare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative skills are required
- Experience analyzing sales results, sales forecasts, and promotional impact
- Valid driver’s license, a car, and provide proof of car insurance
- Ability to travel, work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed. Overnight travel required
