Job Summary
Enterprise Account Executive for ASEAN based in Sydney, Australia, responsible for driving strategic enterprise deals across Southeast Asia. You will provide senior regional coverage to key ASEAN accounts, build and execute territory plans in industries such as financial services, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing, and lead consultative sales processes with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders. You will coordinate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships) to deliver customized solutions, translate AI capabilities into compelling business value, and represent Anthropic across Southeast Asia while developing executive relationships and expanding Anthropic's profile in the region. This role requires frequent travel within Southeast Asia, a location-based hybrid work policy (office presence at least 25%), and eligibility to work in Australia with visa sponsorship possibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 8-12+ years in enterprise GTM, business development, or account management with direct Southeast Asia operating experience
- In-market ASEAN experience, not advisory
- Existing commercial network across enterprise and partner communities in Singapore and at least one additional ASEAN market
- Based in or willing to relocate to Sydney, Australia; eligible to work in Australia
- Ability to travel frequently across Southeast Asia
- Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and secure strategic enterprise deals
- Comfortable engaging with C-suite and senior technical stakeholders
- Willingness to collaborate with Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships teams
- Visa sponsorship available for offers (role dependent)
- Location-based hybrid policy requiring 25% time in office
- Minimum field of study: relevant to role
- Location-based presence in ASEAN markets (Southeast Asia) and Sydney
- Strong coordination and relationship-building skills
- Experience translating AI capabilities into business value propositions
- Eligible to work in Australia and travel regionally
