Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for building and maintaining a high-velocity sales process in a fully remote role. Drive outbound prospecting, deliver tailored product demos, and understand customer objectives and budgets to align ArcSite’s software with buyer workflows. Develop a strong pipeline, engage C-level executives as a strategic advisor, and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in a fast-growing startup environment. Requires 2+ years of B2B/SaaS sales experience, excellent communication and time-management skills, and a growth-oriented mindset. Fully remote option with a Grand Rapids-based team.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful B2B or SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Confidence engaging C-level executives and building trust as a strategic advisor.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- A strong work ethic — you take ownership, show up consistently, and do what it takes to succeed.
- Strong customer empathy and a genuine interest in solving real-world problems.
