Job Summary
Account Executive role at Rossware within Fullsteam focused on new logo software and services sales to mid-market and strategic accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting via cold calling, email campaigns, and networking; conducting needs analysis and discovery; tailoring software demonstrations; building relationships as the primary contact throughout the sales cycle; negotiating contract terms and pricing; maintaining CRM-driven activity and a healthy sales pipeline; collaborating with leadership, marketing, product management, and customer success to ensure a seamless customer experience; and mentoring junior Account Executives. Must be highly driven with strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills; familiarity with core business management solutions and Salesforce; and willingness to travel. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred with 3+ years of software sales experience, and a proactive, hunter mentality.

- 3+ years of software sales experience, preferably within the SMB and mid-market segments
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
