Job Summary

Account Executive to drive growth across Vultr’s AI Infrastructure business. Own and manage the full sales cycle for high-value enterprise accounts, engaging executive stakeholders and technical teams to accelerate adoption of AI cloud infrastructure solutions. Build trusted advisor relationships, understand customer priorities and requirements, guide solution architecture discussions, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure long-term success. Leverage land-and-expand strategies to expand revenue within strategic accounts, maintain accurate CRM data, and engage with the AI partner ecosystem to increase value for founders and C-suite executives. Requires 5+ years in AI/ML or IaaS account management, strong business acumen, and proficiency with modern sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Education: Bachelor’s or higher in a technical field.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited university or college.
  • 5+ years of account management experience in AI/ML or IaaS related technologies.
  • Experience implementing land-and-expand strategies to grow revenue across large, high-value strategic customer accounts.
  • Partner ecosystem experience; ability to co-sell and co-market.
  • Organizational agility in a global, cross-functional matrixed organization.
  • Technical and product knowledge with ability to translate capabilities into value-driven outcomes.
  • Understanding of AI/ML workflows, GPU cloud environments, and modern compute infrastructure.
  • Active within the AI ecosystem and understanding buying decisions in developer/founder communities.
  • Sales tools proficiency: Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
