Job Summary
Account Executive in Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest leads sales and producer enablement for layered program solutions; owns deal execution from proposal through placement and hand-off to service teams, driving long-term program growth. Designs and delivers new-producer training and ongoing enablement to increase adoption, analyzes client financials, pricing models, and program design to present value to senior stakeholders, and coordinates with internal Program Manager, third-party administrators, and service leads to ensure seamless implementation and measurable service execution.
Required Qualifications
- Holding a producer license appropriate for the state of hire
- At least 3 years of experience in Account Executive or sales role selling employee health or benefit programs or similarly complex solutions
- Proven success closing complex, multi-layered deals and driving strategic growth
- Strong analytical skills with comfort in financials, pricing models, and quoting tools
- Experience designing and delivering training or enablement programs for producers or internal teams
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client escalation management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with third-party administrators and program/service teams to operationalize solutions
- Comfortable with medical reimbursement plans and self-funding
