Job Summary
Account Executive based in Beijing/Shanghai/Guangzhou/Shenzhen, joining Adjust’s China team to own new business development and ongoing client success within the region. Hybrid role balancing sales and relationship management, driving new logos while nurturing existing accounts. Responsibilities include end-to-end sales from prospecting to closing, developing strong client relationships to drive adoption and renewals, consultative selling across stakeholders, monitoring usage to reduce churn, expanding upsell opportunities, providing client feedback to product, representing Adjust at events, and maintaining pipeline in Salesforce. Fluent in English and Chinese; must work independently yet thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
