Job Summary
Account Executive in China region, owning end-to-end sales from prospecting to closing; develop client relationships across SaaS/AdTech; identify upsell opportunities; monitor usage to minimize churn; represent Adjust at industry events and with mobile ecosystem partners; maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Salesforce; fluent in English and Chinese; able to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced environment; bring knowledge to product and market feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role (Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success) within SaaS, AdTech, or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas or client retention goals
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable discussing product features, integrations, and technical concepts
- Strong ability to understand local markets and customer needs via curiosity, asking open-ended questions and active listening
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Able to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
