Job Summary
Account Executive in Beijing focused on owning end-to-end sales—from prospecting to closing—for Adjust’s SaaS marketing analytics solutions. The role blends new logo acquisition with ongoing client success, requiring consultative selling, relationship management, and upsell/cross-sell within existing accounts. Responsibilities include pipeline management, quarterly/annual targets, maintaining client adoption and renewals, monitoring usage to reduce churn, representing Adjust at events, and providing client feedback to product teams. Requires fluency in English and Chinese, comfort with Salesforce-based forecasting, and the ability to operate both independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Able to discuss product features and integrations with stakeholders and to navigate a hybrid work arrangement in Beijing.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role (Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success) within a SaaS, AdTech, or investment banking, consulting company.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas or client retention goals.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable discussing product features, integrations, and technical concepts with stakeholders.
- Strong ability to understand local markets and customer needs via curiosity, asking open-ended questions and active listening.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Able to work independently, while also thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
