Job Summary
Manage end-to-end client relationships as a trusted advisor, proactively monitoring account health to drive retention and growth. Conduct weekly status meetings, pre-drive briefings, and post-drive reviews for all client portfolios while maintaining current MSAs and SOWs. Cultivate at least 20% growth in the existing client base and expand average product holdings to 3.5 per client. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal operations, resolving issues quickly and ensuring all tickets are responded to within 24 hours. Coordinate new client onboarding and launch initiatives with relevant stakeholders. Own relationship strategy and deliverables, balancing client advocacy with business priorities to ensure consistent follow-through.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent experience
- One to two years related experience or equivalent
