Job Summary
Account Executive responsible for supporting day-to-day account operations, coordinating with internal teams (Creative, Insights, Design, Strategy), and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, asset chasing, client communications follow-up, attending and moderating meetings, preparing status documents, providing comprehensive recap and next steps via Basecamp, maintaining performance tracking and media databases, fostering relationships across client organizations, and working cross-functionally to deliver high-quality social-first work. Requires hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in office in New York; strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage upwards to the Account Director, and experience in social media/influencer spaces and agency environments. Required Qualifications
- Social media and/or influencer experience
- Experience with clients in tech, electronics, telecom, or related, preferred
- Account management or project management experience
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Strong advantage if you have experience building social communities and/or community management
