Job Summary
Account Executive 1 in Community Account Sales focused on negotiating long-term contracts to bring Comcast Xfinity services to multifamily properties. Responsibilities include making presentations to property owners, developers, and associations; overseeing contract renewals and new agreements with accuracy in documentation; meeting or exceeding quotas; gaining proficiency in contract negotiation techniques and CRM tools (Salesforce); maintaining accurate sales and customer activity records; and supporting advancement opportunities to AE2/AE3 or National Account Managers. Must be able to work nights and weekends and variable schedules. Emphasizes customer service, relationship-building, and understanding of products across Video, Internet, Voice, Xfinity Home, and Xfinity Mobile; requires Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and related experience.
