Job Summary
Account Engagement Manager based in Mexico City,hybrid, full-time role responsible for enabling SMBs and professional businesses to pay and get paid globally using Payoneer’s fast, flexible, secure, and low-cost solutions. You will work with mid-size customers to co-build growth strategies, expand market penetration, and adapt Payoneer’s product and services portfolio. Responsibilities include managing a large client portfolio (350 accounts) to strengthen relationships, identify growth opportunities, design multi-channel engagement strategies, own the growth pipeline from outreach to deal closure, coordinate with product, marketing and operations, provide product feedback, and lead educational initiatives such as webinars to drive ongoing engagement. The role requires analytical, project-management, and negotiation skills, plus heavy emphasis on CRM usage and cross-functional collaboration to achieve retention, cross-sell, and upsell goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in a commercial, sales, marketing or customer-facing role
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven success working with mid-tier or growth segment clients
- Data-oriented with attention to detail
- CRM and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Experience with international clients (preferred)
