Job Summary
Wingz is hiring an Account & Driver Partnerships Specialist to own the operational health of a US market, managing both client (NEMT broker) partnerships and driver lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention). You will coordinate daily B2B communications, trip coordination, escalation management, and performance reporting with brokers to maximize trips routed to Wingz, while also guiding drivers through requirements and processes to join and stay engaged with Wingz. This is an independent-contractor, remote, full-time role based from the Philippines (EST hours), with potential for career progression from Specialist to Senior Specialist to Market Lead. Key duties include learning the market, building trusted broker relationships, ensuring on-time, safe trip completion, onboarding drivers, activating inactive drivers, driving driver earnings, and contributing market insights for growth. You will work with self-provided equipment and operate in a US-focused environment, with defined compensation (USD 1,200–1,800 per month) and performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in client relations, account management, partner success, leadership or supervisory roles, or experience handling drivers and partners in transportation/logistics/gig-economy (US-based or international).
- Experience working directly with US-based clients or a US-based company.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Tech-savvy with initiative to learn (CRM, dispatch software, reporting tools, AI tools).
- Available to work US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Proven remote work experience.
- Own reliable computer, stable internet, and professional remote workspace.
- Proactive, independent, ownership-minded, coachable, and growth-oriented.
