Job Summary
Senior Account Director, Web & Brand responsible for leading growth and strategic account leadership across web and brand engagements. Own and qualify a pipeline with a primary focus on recurring revenue, guiding prospects through discovery, developing strategic proposals for WordPress, Drupal, and Shopify engagements, and ensuring smooth handoffs from sales to delivery. Build and nurture senior-level client relationships, partner with cross-functional teams to scope and deliver thoughtful, high-impact solutions, and represent the agency in sales conversations and industry events. Lead with consultative discovery, articulate trade-offs and risks, and drive long-term client partnerships while achieving sales targets and contributing to the agency’s market presence.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a digital, web, or branding agency, with meaningful responsibility in new business, account leadership, and solution consulting
- Strong understanding of website strategy and delivery across WordPress, Drupal, and Shopify
- Proven ability to carry and achieve sales targets, especially for recurring revenue and long-term engagements
- Excellent discovery, scoping, and estimation skills
- Confident, engaging communicator who builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders
- Comfort collaborating with both creative and technical teams
- Experience with CRM systems, proposal development, and pipeline management
- Strategic mindset with a genuine interest in helping clients succeed beyond the initial sale
