Job Summary
Account Director to lead multiple client accounts, develop account strategies, oversee project execution and budgets, and mentor account managers. The role requires building strong client relationships, coordinating with creative, media, and production teams, staying ahead of industry trends, and delivering high-quality campaigns. Based in Cairo, Egypt, with a 10:00 AM–6:00 PM workday, Sunday–Thursday, offering medical and social insurance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, plus at least 7 years of experience in account management or client services within advertising/media, and demonstrated leadership and negotiation capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in an advertising or media agency
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale accounts successfully
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with advertising, media planning, and digital marketing practices
