Job Summary
Sunshine Sachs Morgan & Lylis seeks an experienced Account Director in Atlanta to lead multidisciplinary communications campaigns across a diverse roster of clients, architect 360-degree strategies spanning traditional media, social platforms, and influencer ecosystems, and mentor junior staff while driving new business and client counsel. The role emphasizes leading account teams, managing projects from start to finish, bridging earned media with digital strategy, planning high-profile events, delivering strategic counsel, and fostering client relationships across corporate, startup, nonprofit, and entertainment sectors.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in PR/communications
- lead account teams and manage projects across multiple clients
- ability to develop 360-degree communications strategies
- experience with earned media, social strategy, and talent integration
- strong writer with storytelling ability
