Job Summary
Lead client relationships and drive the delivery of strategic digital communications programmes, developing and overseeing social-first campaigns aligned across channels. Provide expert guidance on social media strategy, content development, platform trends, and performance metrics while identifying opportunities for creative, insight-led solutions. Manage account budgets, oversee performance against KPIs, and mentor account team members to foster growth. Contribute to new business development through proposals and pitches. This mid-level role supports diverse sectors on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract starting August 2026 within Allison's London team, focusing on building innovative solutions for world-class clients.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated strong expertise in social media strategy and execution
- Proven ability to lead social and digital campaigns, including campaign strategy, content development, channel planning, and performance analysis
- Strong understanding of the organic social landscape, including emerging platforms and trends
- Experience managing client relationships and leading account teams
- Confidence in advising clients on social media best practices, innovation, and measurement
- Experience managing budgets and delivering work within scope
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing is a plus
