Job Summary
Account Director at Sid Lee responsible for senior-level client relationships, guiding projects with clarity across a healthcare client portfolio and multiple markets. Oversees integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy, manages top-line growth and profitability across accounts, ensures quality control and delivery, leads account reviews, and mentors the team to foster collaboration and bold creative work. Requires 7+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, leadership and strategic thinking, business savvy, relationship-building, growth mindset, and fluency in English. Experience with clients in highly regulated industries (pharma a plus) and a base salary range of CAD 100,000-120,000 is noted. Location is Toronto, Ontario, Canada with hybrid work arrangements.
