Job Summary

Account Director, Experiential role in Toronto (Hybrid). Lead a portfolio of integrated client campaigns across multiple brands, overseeing strategy, execution, and growth. Act as a business owner and client advisor, delivering excellence, trusted relationships, and team alignment. Oversee cross-functional teams, shape campaign vision, manage budgets, resources, and timelines, and ensure programs are insight-driven and measurably performing. Responsibilities include project and operational management, vendor and partner management, financial accountability (portfolio budgeting and margins), and driving client growth through strategic guidance, pitches, proposals, and RFPs. Requires 7-10 years of experience in experiential account management or related agency leadership, strong leadership and mentorship abilities, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end multi-channel campaigns and growing client partnerships.

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in experiential account management, client service, or integrated project leadership within an agency environment; proven experience overseeing large portfolios or multi-brand accounts
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and mentoring account teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end delivery of integrated or experiential campaigns
  • Skilled in vendor and partner management, including contract negotiation and managing external partnerships
  • Advanced financial acumen with experience building and managing budgets and portfolio P&L
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with ability to identify risks and opportunities and translate client needs into growth strategies
  • Experience driving organic growth, new business development, pitches, proposals, and RFPs
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in fast-paced, client-facing environments
