Job Summary
Account Director for a large-scale, multi-sourced technology services program serving a major public-sector customer. Owns single-point accountability for the contract, serves as primary customer liaison, and drives integration and collaboration across Sawdey’s team, partners, and service providers. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, timely delivery of critical deliverables and reports, remediation of service shortfalls, governing forums participation, and ensuring attainment of all service levels and billing accuracy. Requires leadership in building an integrated team culture, executive sponsorship, and escalation pathways; travel ~25% (up to 50% in year one); proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to interact with senior executives and manage complex, regulated environments. Certifications such as PMP, ITIL 4 MP, CISM, CSDM, CFCM, PgMP, or other project-management/security credentials are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Ten (10) years’ progressive experience leading managed-services or other similar engagements.
- Five (5) years in an account-leadership role with single point of accountability.
- Demonstrated experience managing senior executive relationships in a regulated public-sector or comparably complex environment.

- US Citizenship required for government contract; background check with CJIS policies; fingerprint-based criminal history check; CJIS security policy adherence; security awareness training; ongoing re-screening.
