Job Summary
Spearhead strategy and development for integrated projects while partnering with clients to define goals and marketing strategies. Display powerful presentation skills to invite participation and ensure work is client-ready through astute attention to detail. Lead cross-capability teams to deliver creative thinking that meets client objectives, using analysis to drive decisions rather than taking orders. Serve as the client's voice internally and the agency's voice externally, acting as a trusted advisor to team members and mentors. Foster partnerships with capabilities like Brand Strategy and Integrated Production while mitigating risk to keep sustainable, long-term client relationships profitable. Collaborate with Senior Leadership to set fiscal year goals, working with Delivery Management and Client Finance on forecasting, billing, and reconciling fee and PT budgets.
