Job Summary
Account Director at CG Life with 10+ years of agency experience in life sciences/pharma; leads client relationships, strategy, and delivery for multiple accounts in a remote-flexible environment (Eastern Time Zone preferred). Responsible for driving account growth, identifying upsell opportunities, leading cross-functional teams to deliver strategic marketing projects and campaigns on time and on budget, managing financials including forecasts, and mentoring/directing client services staff. Requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, ability to interact with C-Suite stakeholders, travel up to 1-2 times per month, and deep expertise in omnichannel marketing across digital channels, data analytics, and related technologies.
