Job Summary
Strategic Account Director role focused on leading a portfolio of high-value accounts, shaping account plans, driving revenue growth, product adoption, and market share. Develops and maintains senior-level relationships, collaborates with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Finance, Data, Marketing) to deliver outstanding client outcomes, conducts regular business reviews, and provides data-driven recommendations to support client objectives. The position requires strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives for major clients in financial services, payments, or related sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing strategic accounts with revenues exceeding £50m
- Experience within Financial Services, Payments, Banking, FinTech, or related sectors
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Commercially astute with experience driving growth within existing accounts
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects
- High level of numeracy and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into action
