Job Summary
Manage full budgets and strategy for client accounts as the primary point of contact for budget, alignment, and major inquiries. Lead a consulting team through both disciplinary and technical management while remaining hands-on in client briefings and daily operations. Drive internal conceptual direction, prioritize complex topics, and navigate difficult escalations or budget discussions with decisive autonomy. Report directly to the executive team to identify growth opportunities, skill gaps, and emerging risks. Utilize modern tools and AI workflows to optimize team efficiency and state management.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Account Management einer Agentur
- Führungs- oder Führungs-ähnliche Verantwortung
- Gespür für Etat-Ökonomie
- Erfahrung im Führen und Weiterentwickeln von Teams
- Konzeptionelle Stärke
- Fähigkeit, sich schnell und selbstständig in komplexe, neue Themen einzuarbeiten
- Souveränität im Umgang mit Entscheidern und Ansprechpartnern auf Kundenseite
