Job Summary
Account Director, Large Enterprise based in Madrid, Spain, leads enterprise sales for OpenAI’s Go To Market initiatives. You will manage a subset of key accounts, drive end-to-end sales from pipeline to closure, partner with solutions and research engineering on complex programs, own a consumption revenue target and forecasts, analyze account metrics, influence product roadmaps, and support team recruitment and culture. The role requires deep experience selling SaaS/PaaS to enterprise customers, ability to engage with c-level executives, and a track record of achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets, along with strong communication, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service
- Achieving revenue targets >$2M per year for more than 3 years
- Designing and executing complex deal strategies
- Working directly with c-level executives
- Leading high-visibility customer events (CAB, conferences, product launches)
- Communicating technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders
