Job Summary
Account Director to lead a national Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) account across a multi-site industrial/manufacturing portfolio. Responsible for overall account performance, including P&L ownership, budget, forecasting, cost control, and driving performance improvements. Lead and develop a multi-level team, oversee subcontractors, ensure safety/compliance, and build strong client relationships. Collaborate with operations, engineering, and site leadership to deliver high-quality service and maintain production uptime. Travel 30-50% across sites and environments; mix of office, field, and active industrial sites. Leverage data and reporting to drive decisions and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of leadership experience in facilities management, industrial services, or manufacturing
- Experience managing large, multi-site operations and teams
- Proven P&L ownership and financial management experience
- Strong understanding of industrial environments and maintenance operations
- Track record of building client relationships and delivering results
- Ability to lead through complexity and drive accountability
