Job Summary
Account Director, Key Accounts will work within a sales pod to expand the footprint of Sales Navigator and related offerings with some of LinkedIn's largest and most strategic growth customers. You will consult and educate prospective buyers on the value of the platforms, tailor and communicate the value proposition, and build deep client relationships to enable more effective go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities include multi-threading to new contacts and stakeholders, participating in territory and account planning, maintaining a robust pipeline, educating cross-functional teams, and delivering or exceeding revenue targets. Basic qualifications include 4+ years of sales experience; preferred qualifications include experience with professional services and/or financial services, BA/BS or MBA, and strong analytical and communication skills. Suggested skills include selling, executive communications, negotiation, consulting, and analysis. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant sales experience
- BA/BS Degree or MBA degree in a related field
- Experience with business development across various geographies
- Experience in relationship management engaging with C-level users, senior Partners and Managing Directors
- Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business sales
- Ability to use data to inform decision making and persuade others
