Seeking an experienced Account Director for Customer Facing Team in Injection Molding to enhance client satisfaction and business growth while leading internal resources effectively and managing customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience leading customer growth and satisfaction in high-growth plastic injection molding environment
- Proven track record of building relationships with senior executives, procurement, and technical leaders
Desired Qualifications
- Strong technical understanding of plastic injection molding principles, especially medical molding
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Cross-functional leadership
- Excellent project management skills
- Expertise with MS Office, MS Excel, and PPT
- ERP/MRP knowledge, preferably IQMS/DELMIA
