Account Director In Training (Janitorial)

Account Director in Training within Dexterra Group's Xcelerated Operational Excellence Program. Responsible for strategic and operational leadership across a single account or portfolio of commercial janitorial and facilities management contracts, including service delivery excellence, client relationship management, financial performance, labour relations, workforce planning, and safety compliance. Rotations across Western Canada (3–5 months) to develop leadership, operational, and client-management skills. Must lead site managers and frontline teams, recruit and develop staff, drive contract retention and revenue growth, oversee budgets and forecasting, ensure health and safety compliance, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Requires willingness to relocate within Western Canada, travel between regional sites, and ability to obtain security checks; post-secondary education is considered an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and mobile technology for operational reporting is desired, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
